“Empowering children to thrive through a holistic and supportive approach.”
Whole Child Coaching is a relationship-first, child-centered approach that supports emotional wellbeing, confidence and personal growth. By combining connection, brain-based understanding and solution-focused coaching, I help children feel safe, understood and empowered to navigate life in a way that works for them.
Our approach
Every child begins with feeling safe, seen and understood.
We build genuine relationships through empathy, active listening and trust, creating a calm space where children can be themselves without pressure or judgement.
Connect
Together we explore the child behind the behaviour, emotions or learning challenges.
Drawing on whole-child and brain-based approaches, I help children understand their thoughts, feelings, strengths and needs — developing self-awareness, emotional regulation and confidence.
Understand
Children are naturally resourceful and capable of change.
Using solution-focused coaching, powerful questions and practical strategies, I support children to discover their own voice, choices and abilities so they feel more confident navigating life.
Empower
Growth happens when children feel emotionally secure, valued and capable.
Sessions are child-centred, practical and tailored to each individual — helping children build resilience, independence, wellbeing and a stronger sense of self both in learning and everyday life.

“Holly believed in me when I couldn’t even believe in myself or have any ounce of hope for the future. She opened my eyes to see the good in me and my confidence shone. I still use the tools Holly gave me when I was 10 in my adult life today.
— Mercy 22 Before I met Holly I was in a dark place, I had outbursts and felt like such a bad person. She made me feel valued and respected, she didn’t seem fazed by my behaviour and saw the person I was inside.
— Mitchell 18Whole Child gave my son a whole new love for school. She unlocked his passions and through play and patience he learnt to love learning.
